Initial New Patient Visit 60-90min $375
Typically a longer appointment, a history and mental status exam is obtained. Treatment needs and goals are discussed and a treatment plan is formed.
Follow-up Medication Management 30 min $150
Typically shorter appointments that discuss treatment progress and medication management.
Follow-up Psychotherapy 50min $150
Typically longer appointments, up to 50 minutes, in which several therapy techniques may be utilized to address issues and concerns.
Paperwork Fees– $75-$100
Dependent upon the time needed to complete the forms. Complex paperwork requires an in office appointment and is only available for established patients. Please allow up to 7 business days to complete any letter or paperwork.
Payment is expected at the time of service
Checks should be made payable to Align Mental Health & Wellness
Checks returned for insufficient funds are charged $25.

We currently accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and Paypal.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation and rescheduling with at least 24 - 48 hour notice: No charge. We understand that things happen. Just call to reschedule your service.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellations, missed appointments and rescheduling without 24 hour notice will be charged $75. Must be paid prior to scheduling any other appointments.
Possible termination for cancellation
Repeated cancellations without 24-48 hr. notice, and repeated no shows risk being terminated as a client.
Accepted Insurances
We accept the following insurance: Aetna, Optum/Evernorth, Cigna, and VA Community Care. The following insurance plans are coming: Humana, Medicare, Tricare, and Medcost!
Out-of-Network Insurance
If your insurance is not listed above, you are out-of-network – we don’t have a contractual relationship with your insurance company. If this is the case, full payment for service based on the self-pay rate will be due at the time of service. A superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance to receive any out-of-network benefits they may have.
